With a career spanning human resources, corporate training, banking, investor relations, and entertainment- having shared the stage performing standup comedy with legends like Sinbad and Martin Lawrence—Allison delivers high-energy, funny and engaging content that entertains and empowers. Backed by a cast of experts and comedians, the MLM Show turns morning TV into a movement—one that’s as funny as it is transformational.

Mornings set the tone for everything that follows. And in 2020, I was inspired by my More Laughing fan club—my OGs (Original Gigglers)— to create the More Laughing in the Morning Show to bring joy and community. We were in a scary and hopeless time in society and I wanted us to start prioritizing our wellness, our joy and our goals. We committed to giving ourselves our best energy before giving it to everything else by starting the day laughing, dreaming, and focusing on SELF!
That commitment changed everything.
I started going live in the mornings—cracking jokes, lifting spirits, and reminding people that even in the hardest times, joy was still possible. But we didn’t stop at laughter. We set goals to achieve in 12 months. We held each other accountable to becoming who we wanted to be on the other side of that season we were in.
My goal at that time? A morning talk show. So I made it my priority every morning. Not after the emails. Not after the chaos in my life or the negative news cycles on my feeds draining my hope and energy. First. Before I gave my attention to anything else. And that single decision transformed everything.
Now, More Laughing in the Morning Show is thriving—airing on Sky4TV, streaming on YouTube, and coming soon on Prime Video. And we’re not stopping here.
In 2025, we’re bringing Monday-Friday episodes for extended seasons because the world still needs more laughter, more hope, and more intentional mornings.

As the TTNY Coach, she leads our virtual accountability sessions designed to help members stay on track with their goals and she curates monthly meetups to give members something FUN to do with likeminded go-getters. Her leadership fosters connection, motivation, and real progress for those looking to grow in both their personal and professional lives.
With a background as a Developmental Specialist for the Virginia Beach Early Intervention Program and a Master's in Public Health, Aynmarie blends professional expertise with lived experience. Now an empty nester, she channels her deep commitment to community by helping others build strong foundations—whether in family life, personal growth, or career aspirations.
